We really like this marinade/sauce. A cousin gave us some many years ago and we have had to work hard to find it since. While searching on the web again for it this winter we were pleased to find it to buy on the cubanfoodguy.com site. We buy it by the case - we like it that much. It is not hot. It is a great tangy, seasoned mixture that marinates chicken, pork and fish very well. Don't be fooled by the 'muddy' brown look of it - it is VERY good! We share it with our friends and family.
