You can return your online purchases to us for a full refund. We will refund your purchase if you:
- Notify us via email for an authorization number. Emails should be sent to returns@cubanfoodguy.com
- Return unopened products in their original condition.
- Include your receipt (packing slip).
- Return within 14 days of delivery date.
